Returns & Refunds

We kindly remind our customers that all purchases are considered final sale. In the rare event that you receive a damaged item, please inspect your parcel immediately upon delivery:
  • If any damage is found, return the package to the same local delivery personnel on the spot.
  • Please inform us about the damaged items via WhatsApp, along with photos and details of the items you are returning.

Once we receive and approve your return:
  • Bank Transfers: 1-7 business days
